Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Boudicca Productions does with personal information collected through this website or when you contact us.
Who we are
Boudicca Productions is a female-founded, artist-led theatre company. For privacy questions or requests, email info@boudiccaproductions.com.
Information we collect
We may receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to include when you contact us. If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address and a record of your consent.
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Its mailing-list forms connect to MailerLite so that you can request and confirm a newsletter subscription.
How and why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and manage our relationship with you.
- To send production news, casting announcements and event information when you have asked to receive it.
- To administer the website, keep appropriate records and protect our legal rights.
We rely on consent for email marketing. For enquiries and ordinary administration, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating about and operating the company, where those interests do not override your rights.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information. We use MailerLite to collect confirmed subscriptions, maintain the mailing list and deliver newsletters. MailerLite processes subscriber information on our behalf for those purposes. This site is hosted using GitHub Pages.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we will use an appropriate legal safeguard.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records or resolve a dispute. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or we stop operating the list.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to its use, withdraw consent and receive information in a portable format. You can contact us to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
